The question here would be - do brown people have more melanocytes, or is it that their melanocytes are just packed with more melanin? If the former, then it would be as simple as making it target melanocyte-specific receptors
There's also the issue with neuromelanin locations, like subst. nigra and the fact that melanocytes are embryologically derived from neural tissue - wouldn't want any cross-targeting here

You’re talking about a pathogen or virus that attacks specific DNA sequencing. It’s only in the next 18-24 months that they’ll possibly have a DNA synthesis systems that will be able to do what you’re talking about, we don’t even know much about gene sequencing

Could have asked this without the racist overtones, do your research about DNA printing and you’ll see where just at the cusp of active sequencing

Destruction is for fags. The real thing is creation.

The upper limit right now is : Whole genome engineering. It's possible but laborious and very expensive. Viruses are much simpler to edit as their genome is crazy small.

In the future we will give every baby tall, healthy and high intelligence genes. And cope as you might, 95% of the planet will also choose European phenotype genes for outward appearance (no one's going to intentionally give their babies some shade of brown eyes).
