Vaccine slows asymptomatic spread. Why?

I live with indiviual with copd who coughs and sneezes a lot. He will be vaccinated soon but i cannot yet.

Will he still be possible spreading it since he is coughing and sneezing anyway?

Because it interferes with binding to ACE-2 receptors.

I was under the impression that the virus CAN do this, even if you are vaccinoculoxulated?
