Is university a whole, big scam?
I really don't understand why I'm enrolled other than for the degree itself.
I actually think typical math lectures are holding me back more than anything.
I'd rather go at my own pace and have the time to check theorems, definitions and proof with examples I come up with myself and do problems after a sub-chapter.
A textbook is far better suited for that.
In the end it's a wasted 90 minutes where I learned nothing.
Same goes for other lectures like programming or even physics.
