Hi /sci/, I am an obese 23 year old male with bad breathing (heavy smoker). Should I be vaccinated?

I ask this because where I live, people all say that I don't risk anything with the covid, and that I risk more with the vaccines. They show me figures that indicate that vaccinated people are more at risk from new variants, and articles where Pfizer etc. make governments sign no-fault clauses if things go wrong. And all the convictions of these companies in the past...

I read contradictory information everywhere, I really don't know what to do
