Submit a math problem. We will all help solve it. Describe it. Fully understand it.
Currently prepping for calculus. Struggling with some simple algebra. Pic related. Submit what your stumped on and maybe another anon or myself can help.
Can anyone help explain the factoring the X out of the denominator that has a square root in this math problem? I have no idea how denominator goes from (sqroot x^2 +x) + x to x((sqroot 1+1/x) +1). It looks like you factor an X out of (sqroot x^2 + x) but it makes no sense to me how factoring an X out of that turns it into x(sqroot 1+1/x). How can x turn into 1/x when you pull an X out of it?
