>>13324912I had this happen once or twice before covid was made in the lab. In college I used to eat the same stir-fry with the same teriyaki sauce, steak,brocoli, and rice. For some reason, after around maybe 8 or 9 months, the taste randomly shifted from a tangy meaty taste to a sweet syrupy taste. Couldn't enjoy it the same after that one, though I occasionally would try again in hopes I could capture the good old says. But the stranger part is that this same thing happened to me when I was eating this marinara Alfredo pasta bowl mix repeatedly for a few months as well. Difference is that one only happened once, but the question still stands, where did that disgustingly sweet syrup taste come from?
