2014 UN271

No.13324705 ViewReplyOriginalReport
The object was originally designed 2014 UN271. It’s now been officially named Comet Bernardinelli-Bernstein, for its discoverers.

Missions are being discussed I'm sure. Curious if anyone here might have an idea for a mission that might go overlooked.

In case it needs explaining, 2014 UN271 is expected to be a comet the size of a dwarf planet which circles our sun. It originated from the ort cloud and will be closest to earth in 2023. To be clear, it's not expected to collide with anything in our solar system.

I'm a brainlet, so I'm hoping those smarter than me on here are interested in this topic. I want to learn more.
