Hello i need some science people to confirm this. Will doing no fap make me gain height I need 6 inches asap and Im ready to do anything im already doing a variation of picrel everynight.

Anon no no matter what if you are an adult you aren’t going to get taller… only way to get taller is this insane surgery where a surgeon cuts your bone in half and you slowly move your bones apart with these clamps such that your bone grows back longer. Best way is just to cope and accept you aren’t going to be taller. Or if you REALLY REALLY care which you might if you are doing self harm to increase your height get the surgery and be bed ridden for month or whatever the amount of time is and risk complications. You can get 2 inches or so.
