protects the Brain and prevents
it's decline due to ageing.
That's why so many scientists (such as Einstein) and mathematicians (such as Hilbert) kept their intellectual performance even older.
Brainlet pastimes such as Crossword and Sudoku don't prevent Brain ageing that much tho.
