I took Zoloft for social anxiety and generalized anxiety for a couple months a year ago, and it worked by killing my anxiety. Obviously it had other side effects and made me feel like a zombie, so I stopped after a certain amount of time. I have no real permanent side effects after this event, however I've realized today that my anxiety is substantially better. There has been virtually no lifestyle changes (I lifted, was productive, etc all through my Zoloft and non-Zoloft use).

Are there any studies about SSRI's/jew pills PERMANENTLY changing the structure of the brain? I can find stuff on long-term effects, but not what i'm looking for. Any gigabrains here?
