I've even heard of mouse tumors growing a guy's hand after he got a few cancer cells in a wound, I don't think they've ever let such an event run its course without removing them, which is a shame.

Of course if your twin for whatever reason had a weaker or otherwise fucked up immune system than you and that's the reason he developed the cancer in the first place then it might not thrive in your body.
