the problem with attributing decisions to mental illness is that its too much of a threat to free will and gives no accountability for evil actions, this is kind of hard to prove since this is purely a spiritual hypothesis, plus everytime someone "heals" or gets better from mental illness its always wholistic non intrusive non medical therapies that seem to work best, as if literralt talking out thier problems and entering willing into social programs also stopping drugs (obvious) and not bombarding thier psyche with troubling stimulants whether people or situations till they regain "psychological" strength
