Please tell me an uneven jaw is something that can be fixed. I think mine is caused by TMJ.

Leave things as they are. I am sure it can be corrected, but the current situation will not be impacting you, rendering the risks unnecessary. Not only that but the wasted time from having to wear braces for years etc.

The situation does not warrant alteration, nothing will change for you as a result of it.

OP is that you? It's not even asymmetrical, you realize that just having a difference between left and right does not mean asymmetry? My face is far more asymmetrical than yours and I wouldn't even consider plastic surgery to fix it, orthodontics might be able to do something however.

Unless it causes functional issues with chewing, breathing etc. there is no reason to do anything about it. If that's you in the picture, then I can assure you that it wouldn't be noticeable at all in motion.
