With all the variants how come there are yet a mild variant? Also if a mild variant gets spotted shouldn't the goal be to spread that everywhere?

Just read that due to the delta variant Israel is putting on restrictions again

If this madness doesn't end in fall I'm honestly fleeing to a country that respect human rights like New Zealand, China, Vietnam which have barely any restrictions and no virus

Or countries with virus but no restrictions like Bosnia, Florida, white Russia and Russia
