Especially math and computer science textbooks. Should I take notes? If yes, where, how much, and about what? Should you take notes if you do the exercises as well, or is note taking a waste of time then? Should I underline and/or highlight? Should I first skim through the chapter before properly working through/reading it? Also feel free to post general study tips.
