I train each muscle twice a week except back only once.

On top of that I squat monday/wed/frid

Started with 25lbs plates now 2x45lbs each side after 6 months

Legs still picrel im fucking doomed its summer and Incant wear shorts my upper body got so big compared to legs that I can only wear joggins and jeans now to avoid lookimg like a freak
