You can also see it in how companies are run. China is a great counter example. They go buy the mineral rights to most of Africa, and spend another 5 billion dollars building a sports stadiums and school (China has built over 40 stadiums in Africa for example), also when you get Chinese money you have to stop reqnisin Taiwan as a country. I think Africa went from 20 to 1 countries on Taiwan in just 18 years. A very clear sign making America happy isn’t important anymore,
Chinese government also solves problems in the way the American government used to 80 up years ago.
