>>13304551If I was Bill Gates rich then I would buy up a shit ton of land and create an insular society ( so far as possible within the laws of the country ). Apart from national laws ( many of which we would ignore as far as possible ) we would have our rules and conditions for living in this place. It would be like a HOA, but without the stupid bitchy stuff, encompassing a huge area, several towns, businesses, schools and even a University. ( Bill Gates rich, remember )
Here are some of the rules I would introduce.
1) Every family with children under 18 must have one stay at home parent. Not a caretaker, but a biological parent.
2) There would be a limit to the number of children a family can have.
3) Families with children under 18 would receive subsidies.
4) No institution may offer entrance to a qualification without proof that there are jobs of at least approximate quantity to the yearly intake.
5) No single use plastics permitted.
6) All toilets must be of the composting variety.
7) Religious observances or structures not permitted.
8) No pets
9) There would be only two punishments. Complete forgiveness or exile.
And lots lots more. I would be a full blown dictator creating my vision of the perfect society
