Let's say I had moderate scoliosis. If I played on my side, and I had somebody smash me with a sledgehammer with just enough force to not crack bones, would I somehow be able to correct the curvature of the spine?
Personally, I think this is a better alternative to brace or any other scoliosis-based therapies. You could probably see good results in a year if you did 10-minute sledgehammer sessions consisting of 50 swings to the spine.
