Does the tremendous number of foreign scientists who are employed in America serve as evidence that all Americans are low IQ morons?
Can you even imagine a nation of people so stupid that they have to rent foreigners to do scientific work for them because they're too stupid to do it themselves?
I bet the average American IQ is 20 points lower than the average in Africa, you will never see an African country hiring an American scientist, but America needs to spend fortune to employ a vast army of African scientists, pic related, its what an American scientist looks like, born and raised in Ghana.
