I heard that anti-depressants can increase suicide risks, is this true?
I used to be very depressed didn't enjoy being alive. I would sleep most of the time and masturbate 5-10 times a day.
then I stopped doing that and went to the gym and stopped masturbating but I found that it ust got worse, I noticed that I started to actually want to be dead and think about killing myself non-stop as well as ever trying to by cutting down my forearm but I missed the radial artery.
Then I stopped treating my arm because I wanted sepsis so I could die by my mom took care of it for me instead so it never got infected.
Working out and no-fap are go to things people recommend for depressed peoples as a "solution" but it seemed to make things worse
obviously I would blow my own brains out if I could, but I don't have a gun.
I've ordered some piano wire though.
Will anti-depressants fix this? also how fast will drinking bleach kill me?
