You get it from actual science which is grounded based in empirical evidence which are literally our observations of reality.
If there's any arguements against our current technology, it's going to be:
- scale of observations we have access to are limited
- physics behaves differently in different volumes of space (ex: difference in higgs field density effecting kinetics by changing inertial values)
