A teacher should be someone who gives you a direction and minimal instructions so you don't kill yourself or others but still have to figure things out on your own. Only then you can actually make things mean something to you, you have to develop your own way of doing things. only problem with this approach is that it takes time and focus so they rather give you massive amounts of dick piss cum shit knowledge and ram it into your head all day everyday for 13 years. Best way to teach children would be giving them one on one lessons with a mentor-teacher who gives them objectives and hints how to tackle obstacles. You would have an opportunity to see for yourself how a mathematician, blacksmith, doctor works and could learn firsthand. You could have a biology nobel prize winner teach highschool biology but if the lesson had typical highschool structure it would be just as bad as a lesson with average bio teacher.
