Why do mathematicians suck at communicating?

Is it because they're all autistic? Part of what makes biology or astronomy really successful and appealing is that they have good communicators that get people interested in the fields. Why doesn't math have any of that? Is it because they're all autistic?

It's easier to communicate to the masses the excitement of landing a rover on Mars or discovering a new way to treat cancer than similarly profound advancements in math. The majority of people have more of a frame of reference for the former, and there's something more tangible for them to get excited over.
