Is there any reason why Quantum Entanglement and the Quantum Eraser experiment doesn't just outright prove absolute, total, literal determinism?

Like the fact Particle A would have this spin at this specific point in time was already "known" at the very inception of the universe?

Literally every single thing that has ever happened or will happen down to the tiniest particles is already written, beginning to end...
