Something like 80% of all strains of GMO crops just offers herbicide resistance so companies have an excuse to sell more herbicides. The other 20% is just disease and insect resistance.

Where is my c4 rice, or crops that can grow in seawater, or corn that contain as much protein as meat, or plants that use 50% less water, nitrogen fixing self fertilizing crops, vastly improved photosynthesis and growth rates etc etc
