I want to start learning to code for a hobby. I am not interested in becoming a professional.

As far as what I will code, the only Idea I have is that at some point in the future I want to build trading bots/scripts which I hear python is good for but no rush with that. But that probably won't be the first thing I do. Again, just want to get started and pick up some learn some basic principles.
