I live off of investments so I don't have a particular time I have to go to sleep or wake up. I sleep when I'm sleepy. I wake up when it happens naturally. I've found that being in ketosis reduces my sleep needs down to five hours per night. I'm not groggy during the day or have other indicators of sleep depravation. It seems pretty nice but there might be physical processes that aren't getting taken care of that my brain isn't aware of when it has me wake up. Maybe I'm not getting as much cellular repair as I would with eight hours of sleep but my brain doesn't care because it's already been taken care of with five hours of sleep.
