I have what two physicians assume is Gastroparesis after severe food poisoning. I'm currently medicated for PTSD and I could swear ALL psychoactives I take are barely effective anymore.

Is there anything to be done? Both of them think there's no GI issue in the world that can affect drug absorption or related enzymes.
