B: Have above average intelligence (+1 sigma from the mean) but you will always think you are the smartest person in the room.

>If you choose A, you have the ability to gauge the intelligence of everyone precisely. You would be able to know if anyone is smarter than anyone else instantly.
>If you choose B, your intelligence gauge is completely out of wack. You will ALWAYS think you are the smarter than everyone else and would be unable to compare the intelligence of any two individuals correctly beyond random chance.
