>>13293042>Haven't even gotten an interview. Dozens of applications. Not a single interviewThen you're doing your CV wrong.
>social skills don't show on a CVYes, they do. The first step is to understand that the reviewer only sees the first few lines and then scrolls down through the first word of every line while ignoring the rest. You want to list your achievements (social ones) using power words (buzzwords) to start every sentence. For example:
>Led a team of adsdasdasdsa>Mentored interns in adsasasdasdas>Innovated a transversal process for adasdsadsad>Improved the adsdasdsa>Consulted adsadas>Evaluated asdsadasdasdAnd so on, you get the idea. There are power words of about five categories. Some show that you create, some show that you lead, give expert opinions (i.e. you know stuff), improve stuff, etc. You need to pick them accordingly depending on who you're targeting (Will your CV be read by a technical/social person? Different CV with different words for each). Also use a popular CV format. Look up where the people who will interview you went to college and figure out what format they like the most (there's a few formats in the top popularity bracket).
>Everything I've ever gotten an interview for, I got the position. No offense, but really this just means that you're garbage interviewing in garbage places. Improve your CV and interview at better places. Fail a lot and fail faster.
