For classes that are super difficult like Physical Chemistry, Calculus 2 or Physics 2, I do practice problems from the book about 4 hours a day and I make a study sheet of all the key equations.
For simpler classes, day before the test I make a study sheet of all my key points.
For things like Art history and Spanish and labs, literally never study, wing it and get an A
MOST IMPORTANT: Get at least 8 hours of sleep a night, never ever study when you could be sleeping at night. This has carried me through many classes where instead of studying, I get a good night's sleep. Never do all nighters and always pour your best effort in to classes. This has gotten me through a Biochemistry degree with a 3.4.
