So, my first instinct was to unroll it from its middle point but then the clouds look fucky, like they're not the right shape. Naturally I then thought about how rolling makes a cycloid for a long time so the image would get distorted somehow if that were the case, I later concluded this could be ignored since the view is too large with respect to the path traced out by the cycloid of the person rolling, taking the picture is just like spinning your phone 360°.
I went returned to the idea that it was just a folded panorama but that takes us back to the first issue. The clouds looked fucked up when you unfurl it, like there's a weird dip in the middle of them.
