maybe the sheep co-evolved with the trampoline
trampolines in the wild need to reproduce, so they develop bounciness which is appealing to sheep
sheep come along and use the trampoline and the trampoline seeds get stuck to the sheep's wool
the sheep roams happily and spreads the seeds when it rubs against trees and so on
if humans hadn't domesticated sheep there would be a lot more wild trampolines in the world
instead they are tamed and the trampolines we see nowadays are a pale imitation of the majestic trampolines of bygone eras
