education is one of those things where it's impossible to try to get rid of corruption without being called an "anti-intellectual", and told to "think of the kids".
Administrators steal huge poritions of the school budgets, blame the students, and then ask for more money to solve the problem.
Since the schools are usually already functioning on skeleton crews, then cuts to their budgets will only effect how much the administration gets to pocket away.
If anything, money should be cut from education and science research, just as a warning to those programs.
