I also like a polish youtube channel of copernicus center of interdisciplinary study, once a week (I think) Dr. ?ukasz Lam?a does a 10-25min video called "Reading science" where he basically presents 3 recent interesting papers, it's always something different so one week you might get papers about grasshoppers, geochemistry and asteroids and the next week he'll talk about the sun, amoebas and sea snails. Nilered is pretty cool, project oriented so you actually see stuff happen.
