This is a report for CONGRESS and the SENATE to show the UFO data from ALL intelligence agencies. Lying to congress and the senate is against the law. The whole point of the UAPTF report is that all US intelligence agencies provide their data for the report.
If all of this is being faked or made up, then someone is going to get into serious trouble because the Inspector General of the Defense Department is now investigating the issue.
