The tdap is fine as well as the rhogam. I received both during my pregnancy and delivered a very healthy baby. However, these shots are very common and very low risk.

That being said, it's your and your wife's pregnancy. If you don't feel comfortable doing something, don't do it. They kept trying to get me to do the flu shot but I was not comfortable with that at all.
