Science on the distribution of elements in our solar system?

Based on the idea that heavier elements would be more effected by the centrifugal forces exerted while spinning around stuff, I've begun to suspect that maybe the outer regions of our galaxy are harboring some potentially ridiculous payloads of heavy elements.

I'm not sure if this is the case though since:
- Gravity could have won out (especially considering the case of some of the slower orbiting planets)
- Gravity could have lost completely (F=ma -> m of heavier elements caused F from ejection to completely beat F from gravitational attraction) and shit just got ejected from the system in general
- A mix of both could be the case and the heavier elements may be fairly evenly distributed or at least distributed in such a manner as to make the above theories irrelevant.

In any case, does anyone have any scientific research type material on the subject?
