First, work on your body. A healthy physical body will give you greater confidence and a more positive attitude in life. Then, work on your socializing skills. Socializing is a skill like any other thing that can be developed, and it's quite evident from your current predicament that you're highly unsocialized and suffering from those effects. Then, work on being kind; the final and hardest hurdle in becoming a man worthy of being called a man.
To be COMPLETELY CLEAR, "politeness" is not the same as "kindness". You can be a polite motherfucker outwardly, but be a seething incel in private. Humans are VERY good at detecting shit like that because humans are generally very intelligent, social animals, and have evolved for thousands of years to pick up on that shit. They can sniff out virginal incels like pigs evolved to sniff out tasty truffles. They might not be able to put it into words all the time, but their brain and their gut will definitely tell them "hey, keep your eye out on this dude because he seems like an unsocialized weirdo", and they'll almost always be right.
You think it's hard? It is. You're right. You're a very smart and perceptive man. But if difficulty stops you from being a complete human being, then you wouldn't have made it in this century, or 80BC, or 200,000BC.
Suffering is one of the most exemplary traits in the human condition. If man did not suffer, man would not be man (and yes, I'm using "man" in the archaic sense to mean "all of humanity", not just specifically human males, but human females too).
And then, finally, have sex.
