Just realised titan could be Terraformed quite easily and quickly with a bunch of doped glass wafers that are 99% opaque to UV light but transparent to visible light and IR (this glass already exists) dropped at Sun-Saturn l1, the wafer would block uv from reaching titan and therefore nearly completely stopping the hydrocarbon haze being produced at titan. the haze on titan is all thats stopping titan from immediately warming to earth like temps and beyond as 90% of light is absorbed in the upper atmosphere where the greenhouse effect is minimal and reradiated back to space, the methane already present in titans atmosphere, if the atmosphere lacked this haze would be more than enough to push it into habitable temps. currently unsure on the haze reduction / habitable temp threshold but even assuming 100% blockage of UV light this is "only" 60 billion tonnes of doped silica launched from the moon this could be done over 2 years assuming 25 lunar railguns launching a 100 tonnes payload every 60 seconds. there you have it sci, a Terraformed moon with realistic time-frames and technology.
p.s. titan is protected within Saturns Magnetopshere and as nitrogen/methane clathrates release gas ,the atmospheric pressure would likely double ( based on estimations of gas trapped in the outer crust) resulting in the atmosphere lasting a few hundred million years.
p.p.s. hydrocarbons could be turned into a 100-500m high equatorial belt of polyethylene that would act as a floating land strip once surface ice has melted
