Truth is that even if you get 60% of a dinosaurs DNA most of that shit is junk.
We honestly don't even have that great of an understanding of the complexity/algebra of DNA because it's super expensive to research, what we've done so far with CRISPR Cas 9 was luck, it had nothing to do with our (humans) own abilities as scientists.
We need computers that can simulate those higher functions which is a huge issue.
