Hi /sci/,
I just graduated high school two days ago and I am just dying to start my undergrad in biochemistry. How do I get through this summer?
I NEEDDD COLLEGE TO START. I am taking: Gen chem, calc 1, first year seminar, and biology.
How do I prepare for gen chem and calc 1?
How do I make this summer go by fast and just calm down?

Why? What's your end job?

My brother took biochemistry. Four years he slaved, graduating on time and with honors. For 6 months he tried to find a job. Nothing. Six months later he got a phlebotomy certificate from a community college. He works in two hospitals.

tl;dr Biochem is a waste of money.

Most student loan programs are underwritten with federal funds. So, unless you are skimming off the feds, probably not.
