Why would I take an action of which the only outcome is "You have a small chance of experience negative side effects"
A good analogy might be like you telling me to stub my toe. On purpose. It doesn't really hurt, and probably won't cause serious damage, but... why would I do that?
Throughout my entire line of thinking, notice the constant. Just let me live my life. Stop trying to lock me in my house for no reason, stop trying to muzzle me for no reason, stop trying to inject chemicals into me for no reason.
