If you really want to complement your reading, albeit optional, you could consider doing some discrete math or proof writing before going into Calculus or Linear Algebra, but it's optional. You'll be fine without it too.

- How to prove it: A structured Approach by Daniel J. Velleman
>discrete maths- Discrete Mathematics with Applications by Susanna Epp
- Mathematical Proofs: An Introduction to Advanced Mathematics by Gary Chartrand, Albert D. Polimeni & Ping Zhang
The last one is definitely harder, but also well worth it. It's up to you whether you want a challenge or prefer something more straightforward. None of these are obligatory though.
