>>13261274>what degree equips me with the most independent skillzI'd say Computer Science, coupled with Financial Mathematics and maybe some Business/General finance stuff.
I don't know how well I can argument this decision, but it feels like naturally a great skillset for enterpreneurship etc - CS gives you all the knowledge for the "technical-ish" side of things, no matter what idea you get, you'll be able to get up your own website, maybe database and other shit, and if you get a specific app idea or anything of that kind, you can do the first few drafts yourself, and if you end up having some people do it for you later, you'll understand what they're doing and be able to effectivelly oversee them.
Financial Mathematics for the financial side of things, as far as I know, most of the bank and financial institution CEOs and owners here in my country are people with financial math degrees, I don't think I need to really explain why that'd be, but basically you get all the best ideas on how people and markets work and how to effectivelly get money from them.
Business/general economics and finance part is also pretty self-explanatory I think.
