Is a math degree worth it? I'm majoring in history right now because I want to go to law school or get a phd as I am very good at the subject, was accepted to a top program and am working with the most cited historian concerning my specialization(MENA history). But I'm thinking that if I don't get into a top law or grad school I'll be stuck with an unemployable degree, so I'm looking for something to double major in. Only ones that look "vocational" that'll work with my department and course limits is math, physics, and economics. Leaning more towards math. Is it just as "non applicable" as something like history for jobs? What will I need to be hireable with it?
