IF has no benefit other than adherence to your diet plan(which is pretty significant.) some people enjoy 1 meal, 3 meals, 6 meals, it's a personal thing. thanks for reading

Not OP, but anyone know of a 2,000-calorie meal plan that's tasty, not full of shit, and has enough protein for retaining muscle while cutting?
Would be great if some Type A motherfucker has done all the calculations for me. Then I'd IF the meal plan.
