>>13255497People will mention the regular things, but what's helped me the most is a rock solid routine (in conjunction with the basics like sleep, exercise, pomodoro, etc). For me, it's best first thing in the morning, being slightly tired and fresh helps somehow. Just wake up for a few minutes, then allocate x minutes to studying. Next day, do x+c minutes. Do not get distracted, do this before opening any tabs or anything else that might lead to distraction. And stop once you hit your time goal or are unable to continue efficiently. Your increase in focus will compound daily, it did for me at least. After a couple months you'll be a beast.
For me it's like I get a little ADHD pressure build up while studying, and after so long I just have to stop, I can't take it anymore. But I've gotten soooooo much better and smarter by doing this.
