Right now evolution is putting a filter on the virus to spread easier. And mutations that hurt the host more will not succeed. If the virus evolves a new spike protein its likely the vaccine wont defend against it..

With enough people vaccinated we might stop COVID. However this is unlikely.

With a high rate of immunisation spread is very slow. This means that people who cannot be vaccinated there risk for infection is much lower. However not 0
But it's still way better then if lets say only 50% get vaccinated.

This also eliminates the stress on healthcare. You don't have the sudden increase in cases

Without any kind of measures and you are not restricting yourself, you will get it some day. Might be 10 years. Or 2 days who knows.

What I do, instead, is inject patients with salinated water, i.e. hydrostatic neutral water solution, in order to trick people into the "placebo effect of vaccination", when they aren't getting some dirty vaxx with mercury, thermisol, spike proteins, and HIV. It's better for patient outcomes and safety, while also making (((them))) think that more people are getting vaxxed.

Because far more than 10% of people I know who had COVID-19 are still dealing with issues months later, and none of the people I know who were vaccinated experienced any problems past two days. The data pretty much supports my anecdotal evidence.

If I will get vaccine, even without spooky long-times effects I will most likely be sick for 1-2 days after every dose.
Since my chance to get symptomatic covid is smaller than 1/4, getting vaxxed is clearly more harmful for me.
